- Accommodation fees include breakfast buffet, transportation and assistance from and to the train station from Machu Picchu and the above- mentioned courtesy services depending on the type of room.
- All fees are in American currency and include all taxes and applicable fees.
- Children under 12 may share a room with their parents; in this case they will share a bed with an adult.

Please note that we will not carry out phone reservations.
- After receiving a reservation request, we will proceed in verifying availability and within 48 hours we will be sending you a reservation status and your confirmation code.
- It is important that you have all the information corresponding to the registered guest to carry out the confirmation.
- Check- in time: 12:00 PM.
- Check-out: 10:00 AM.
* Maximum time to request a refund is one month upon arrival to the hotel.
* The hotel will have 30 days, upon receiving the request, to carry out all refunds.
- No-Show: A one night room rate will be applied as a fine.
- All cancellations carried out by guests with 16 days before the arrival date is subject to a fine of USD$25.00 for administrative fees.
- All cancellations carried out by guests with 15 days or less upon date of arrival is subject to a fine equivalent to a one night room rate, as well as USD$25.00 for administrative fees.
- For reservations for 2 or more nights: if the guest does not cancel the reservation with prior notice and does not show at the hotel on the date of the requested reservation, a fine equivalent to that of a one night room rate will be applicable and the hotel may use the room. |
