Fees do not include 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) for Peruvians and foreign residents staying in Peru longer than 60 consecutive days. |

Children under 12 may share a room with their parents. In this case they will share a bed with an adult.

Reservation Guidelines: |

It is important that you give us all the information corresponding to the registered guest to carry out the confirmation, such as: complete name, passport or ID, nationality, check-in and check-out dates, number and type of room requested, number of guests, dietary restrictions, arrival time and a telephone number to contact you back in case more information is needed. |

After receiving a reservation request, we will proceed to verify availability and within 48 hours we will be sending you a reservation status and your confirmation code. |

Modifications which involve changing the arrival or departure date are subject to availability. |

No-Show: One night room rate will be applied as a fine. |

All cancellations carried out by guests with 30 days before the arrival date are subject to a fine of USD$ 100.00 for administrative fees. |

All cancellations carried out less than 30 days upon date of arrival are subject to a fine equivalent to one night room rate. (Doesn’t apply for “Promotions and Specials” bookings). |

Note that the maximum time to request a refund is one month upon arrival to the hotel and the hotel will have 30 days, upon receiving the request, to carry out all refunds. |
