The Well-known Spanish chef Andoni Luis visited Sumaq Machu Picchu Hotel
Recognized by international culinary publications as the most important gastronomic phenomenon on the world scene in recent times, Basque chef Andoni Luis Aduriz, the owner of the famous Mugaritz restaurant in Spain, arrived in Peru some weeks ago seeking new flavors and recipes.
During his trip, he visited Sumaq Machu Picchu Hotel, where he enjoyed tasting the haute cuisine served at Qunuq Restaurant. He was also given a tour of all of the hotel’s facilities, including its kitchen. |
