Before entering the spa, tell the therapist about any medical conditions, including prescriptions, pregnancy, allergies, treatments and other health-related details.
Do not smoke, eat, consume alcohol or exercise in the spa area.
We recommend that you do not wear jewelry during the services.

Avoid massage if you are suffering from fever, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea or thrombosis. Those persons with fractures or bruising should also avoid massages.
Do not receive a foot massage if you are pregnant, have lesions, venous conditions, a cardiovascular illness or if you have a full stomach.
Up to two 15-minute hydrotherapy sessions are recommended, interspersed with a cold shower.
Sauna
Persons suffering from chronic heart conditions are not permitted to enter the sauna, for their own protection. This is also the case for those suffering from diabetes or epilepsy.
The sauna is not recommended for individuals suffering from high or low blood pressure.
Sauna sessions are not recommended during pregnancy.
Children under sixteen must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Avoid taking a sauna if you are hungry or have just eaten a large meal.
Up to two 15-minute sessions are recommended, interspersed with a cold shower.
Drink plenty of water after the session.
A member of our staff will be nearby in case you need assistance, and they will provide you with water and a towel after the session.
Leave the sauna if at any moment you feel dizzy, nauseous or unwell, and advise a staff member immediately.

We remind guests that they should use swimwear in the steam room and Jacuzzi.
