Our culinary offerings bear our own unique style, characterized by innovations upon a basis of traditional Andean food and foods from other regions of Peru. When discussing Peruvian cuisine, it should be remembered that Peru is one of the countries with the world’s greatest geographical and cultural diversity, which means that our country boasts an enormous variety of produce and culinary traditions.
We achieve our unique style by combining local flavors with the techniques of international cuisine. Our cooking is all about research, as we seek to surprise our guests with new textures and presentations, blending distinct temperatures and forms and using the finest local produce.
Our cuisine satisfies the imagination as much as the palate, turning food into a sensory experience.
Our Qunuq restaurant, designed so that our guests can enjoy fine views of the sacred Urubamba River as they dine, thereby uniting our food with our surroundings, provides an integral experience which goes beyond the excellent fare featured on our innovative menu.
