Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en cuanto a calidad, hospitalidad, atención y disponibilidad para cuanto necesitamos. Estuvimos alojados la noche del 17/3/2009 pero nos quedamos con ganas de estar más días, de los que no disponiamos por desgracia. La comida digna de los mejores restaurantes en todos los sentidos. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y acogedoras con una decoración muy acertada. Las vistas del río por las ventanas impresionantes y sobre todo el sonido de los rápidos del río por la noche (muy relajante). Sin duda un hotel para volver del que nos acordamos ahora viendo las inundaciones sufridas por la localidad de Aguas Calientes.

La atencion que recibi fue la mejor que he recibido en largo tiempoen todo el personal fue muy hospitalario, los cuartos muy acogdores, utilice el spa y quede maravillada con la atencion el masaje que ecibi me hizo revivir despues de mi vuelta de Machu Pichu. La comida del hotel como en los mejores restaurantes del mundo.
Lo recomiendo grandemente. El unico inconveniente que no tiene nada que ver con el Hotel son los mosquitos que el Hotel se encarga de poner algo para repelerlos dentro del cuarto pero no se puede salir a dar un paseo ni a salir a los balcones despues del atardecer

It was SO great I really hope to go back...sadly I haven´t been able to put up any images of Wayna-Picchu. So after my stay in Sumaq Peru has turned from an unknown country to one my favorite places to go to!

No request....just a compliment!!! Recently stayed at the hotel and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. the food was truly gourmet food - almost to pretty to eat!!! David at the front desk was especially helpful! He went above and beyond to help us - get the bus tickets and entrance tickets to Machu Picchu and got our train tickets exchanged for our return to Cusco.
Would highly recommend your hotel.

In February my friend and I enjoyed a luxorious, relaxing stay at your beautiful hotel. Everyone treated us so well and it was the best customer service we experienced in our 16 days in Peru. Thank you for your vision in creating this tranquil space. If I return to Machu Picchu I would definitely stay here again. It was worth the extra money. And the food was delicious!
